Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Lead research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for prototyping complex quantum circuits
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at premier quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of quantum computing education initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Strong foundation in quantum information theory and quantum error correction techniques
