Responsibilities

- Direct cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, computer scientists, and engineers
- Establish research partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for industrial problem-solving
- Drive patent strategy for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years research experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and implementation
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, and C++
- Experience managing research budgets exceeding $5M
