Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research teams in quantum algorithm development and hardware optimization

- Secure federal and private research grants ($5M+ annually)
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Develop commercial applications for quantum advantage in cryptography and AI
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published peer-reviewed research in quantum computing or quantum information
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Proven track record of securing research funding
