Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of quantum research
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of leading quantum projects with measurable technological advancements
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and topological qubit architectures
- Experience securing DoE or NSF quantum computing research grants
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing architectures
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to executive and technical stakeholders
