Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 3 first-author papers)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (>$1M)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
