Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Optimize qubit coherence times and gate operations in superconducting platforms
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize quantum applications
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Proficiency in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
