Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum circuits and error-correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Translate theoretical quantum models into production-ready implementations
- Pioneer fault-tolerant quantum computing approaches for enterprise environments
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, topological computing, and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel programming
