Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for AI/ML acceleration
- Collaborate with security teams to build quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in next-gen programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Track record of delivering complex technical projects on aggressive timelines
