Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system development
- Develop error correction protocols and quantum algorithms optimized for near-term hardware
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy breakthroughs
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor junior quantum researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting qubits and quantum control systems
