Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Design quantum-resistant security protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction frameworks
- Collaborate with government and industry on quantum standards
- Drive patent strategy for quantum innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Published research in quantum error correction or topology
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, etc.)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of leading technical teams
