Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial viability
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop error correction protocols for 100+ qubit quantum processors
- Drive quantum algorithm optimization for real-world enterprise applications
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum control systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in top quantum computing journals/conferences
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
