- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for cryptography, materials science, and AI acceleration
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Author white papers and patents for quantum error correction methodologies
- Mentor quantum software engineers in advanced circuit optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms and mitigation strategies
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum state tomography
