Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity thresholds
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for machine learning acceleration
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit integration and cryogenic systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted data transmission
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum circuits with >50-qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum scalability
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum standards)
- Experience with superconducting and photonic qubit technologies
