Responsibilities

- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Collaborate with AI and ML teams to integrate quantum acceleration
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise systems
- Drive research on topological qubits and fault-tolerant computing
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
