Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving optimization problems intractable for classical systems
- Lead integration of quantum processors with cloud infrastructure and hybrid computing frameworks
- Research and implement quantum error correction codes achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Author patents and peer-reviewed publications in top quantum computing journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ, D-Wave)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects with $10M+ budgets
