Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and simulation domains
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence and gate fidelity improvements
- Establish quantum security standards for next-gen infrastructure
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or development
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or ion-trap technologies
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum theory into practical architectures
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
