Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Create roadmaps for quantum advantage in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 quantum milestones
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent venues
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
