Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum coherence beyond 24-hour stability
- Create hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and molecular modeling
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance qubit fabrication technologies
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication systems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, or Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Familiarity with ISO 23247 quantum security standards
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
