Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop error correction protocols for achieving quantum advantage in real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to solve complex optimization problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Pioneer novel quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptography applications
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave) and simulation frameworks
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into commercial implementations
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields preferred
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (Amazon Braket, Microsoft Azure Quantum) a plus
