Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate operations
- Translate quantum research into patentable IP and commercial solutions
- Mentor quantum engineers in emerging frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite and stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in Python, C++, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience with cloud quantum services (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
