Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems using superconducting qubit platforms
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for next-gen security infrastructure
- Develop quantum error correction codes achieving 99.999% fidelity thresholds
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery and climate modeling
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing patents
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Experience securing government/military quantum computing contracts
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA-2026)
