Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography, optimization, and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with AI researchers to develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our Quantum Innovation Academy
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with industry 4.0 standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Published work in Nature/Science journals preferred
