Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors with >1000 qubit capacity
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators into cloud infrastructure
- Research novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence improvements
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion qubit systems
