Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for practical commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research breakthrough algorithms for cryptography, materials science, and optimization
- Partner with academic institutions to publish in Nature/Science journals
- Drive quantum cloud platform development for enterprise clients
- Secure patents in quantum hardware and software innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum systems or supercomputing architectures
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Strong background in quantum information theory and topological computing
