Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop quantum error-correction algorithms for fault-tolerant systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum software-hardware co-design initiatives
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in R&D environments
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
