Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Architect scalable quantum hardware systems with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid system development
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Partner with research institutions to push quantum computing boundaries
- Create quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive quantum cloud platform integration for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum-classical hybrid architectures
