Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum optimization algorithms
- Collaborate with research institutions on quantum supremacy initiatives
- Translate quantum theory into practical engineering solutions
- Drive quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Present quantum roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and error mitigation techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects
