Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Drive patent development in quantum cryptography applications
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum machine learning research
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or topological quantum systems
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and mitigation strategies
- Strong track record of converting theoretical models into functional prototypes
