Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures and algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum solutions with classical computing systems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into executable code using Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
