Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with error correction capabilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for post-quantum security
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum machine learning algorithms
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Conduct research on topological qubits and quantum supremacy applications
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in complexity theory and computational physics
- Track record of translating quantum theory into practical applications
