Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Implement error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
