Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms with error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing

- Collaborate with hardware teams to design qubit topologies and quantum interconnects
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption standards
- Drive innovation in quantum simulation for materials science and drug discovery

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
