Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit capabilities for 2026 deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously intractable computational problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement quantum solutions in real-world scenarios
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Present strategic quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software co-design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Track record of leading complex technical projects with measurable outcomes
