Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Design scalable quantum computing infrastructure with 99.999% fault tolerance
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Develop proprietary error-correction methodologies for quantum systems
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum computing innovations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization
- Patents in quantum computing or related fields preferred
