Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and error correction
- Collaborate with physicists to translate quantum theory into executable code
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for enterprise clients
- Optimize quantum circuit performance using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Lead research initiatives in post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor junior developers in quantum computing principles
- Document algorithms and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, and complexity theory
- Published research in quantum information science or cryptography
