Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for 2026-scale computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks

- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (2018-2023)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Qiskit/PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
