Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present findings at global tech summits
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit designs for AI workloads
- Develop patentable methodologies for error correction in quantum neural networks
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum AI ethics frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing environments
