Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for unsolvable optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines for real-world industrial applications
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI accelerator chips
- Author peer-reviewed publications and open-source libraries in quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier quantum/AI conferences
