Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-inspired machine learning algorithms for large-scale datasets

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 3+ years of quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms (QML, VQE, QAOA)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum/AI research (arXiv, Nature, IEEE)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and error mitigation
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Ability to secure $500K+ in research funding
