Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI applications for enterprise clients
- Research novel quantum error correction techniques for scalable AI systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI accelerator architectures

- Secure patents for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit/Cirq/PennyLane
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and quantum machine learning
- Publication record in quantum computing or AI at NeurIPS/ICML/QIP
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC/quantum simulators)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
