Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Strong publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated experience with quantum error correction techniques
- Understanding of quantum hardware limitations (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
