Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead research in quantum neural network architectures and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms optimized for near-term quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum-AI software-hardware interfaces
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, QML) and frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum circuit simulation
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum-AI research
- Experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or error correction
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical AI solutions
