Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits using proprietary QASM+ framework
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and AI engineers on 18-month research cycles
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature Physics or Science
- Prototype quantum neural networks for real-world deployment in finance and healthcare
- Maintain 99.7% quantum coherence in experimental environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Machine Learning with 5+ years research
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols (surface codes, LDPC)
- Track record of securing $500k+ in research grants
