Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI applications
- Lead research in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical computing models
- Develop error correction protocols for practical quantum AI deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithms for real-world scalability
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Drive ethical frameworks for quantum AI governance and bias mitigation
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Qiskit frameworks
- Strong background in deep learning architectures and optimization techniques
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
