Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and error correction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI pipelines
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants for quantum-AI advancement
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures (HPC)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and complexity theory
