Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq) and AI frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and noise mitigation
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts to practical implementations
- Strong communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration
