Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging error-corrected qubits for ML optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and publish research in Nature/Science journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum annealing hardware (D-Wave, Rigetti)
- Strong background in complex mathematical optimization
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
