Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum neural network architectures leveraging 2026's fault-tolerant quantum hardware
- Create integration frameworks between quantum processors and classical AI systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum-enhanced AI
- Optimize quantum circuits for real-time AI inference and training workflows
- Develop quantum-safe AI security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at global quantum-AI conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures

- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and quantum-inspired AI models
