Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error mitigation techniques
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum SDKs
- Publication record in quantum computing or AI conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Experience with distributed quantum computing architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
