Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-optimized machine learning algorithms
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum computing systems
- Create predictive models for quantum hardware performance optimization
- Collaborate with research partners to publish breakthrough papers in quantum-AI convergence
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols for sensitive data processing
- Drive the integration of quantum computing into existing AI infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or advanced ML systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proficiency with distributed computing frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
